For first time payments, a New Users Registration will need to be completed.

A couple of hints for those paying online for the first time.....
  • Lot Number or Address is not a required field.  However, filling out the address of your home helps ensure that your payment is routed accordingly.  
  • HOA Name:  You can only enter in the first part of your HOA name in this field or you will receive an error in the Lot Number or Address field.  For example: Your HOA's name is: Field Heights.  ONLY type in Field - then hit the TAB button on your keyboard. A list of every HOA that we manage containing the name FIELD will pop up.  Find your HOA then click the SELECT button on the right.  It will verify the HOA that you have selected in red above the HOA Name field.  **Please note: unless you are paying for the items listed below you will pay the HOA directly.  DO NOT SELECT J&M as the HOA for Annual Dues, Fines or Special Assessment payments!!  If you are unsure of the name of your HOA, please contact us so that we can give you that information.  You may also find this information listed on the top of your Invoice, Statement or Welcome Letter sent by your HOA.
  • IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A CONDO QUESTIONNAIRE, RESALE CERTIFICATE, GATE REMOTE OR MAILBOX LOCK - you will be paying J&M Management directly.  In HOA Name field, type J&M - TAB button on your keyboard - SELECT.  Please ensure that the property that you are paying for is listed in the Lot Number or Address field of the form to ensure accurate routing.
  • PayLease does not reflect the balances owed on your account!  Please pay the amount owed on the invoice even though your account will list $0.00 owed.  If you have any questions on the amount owed, please contact your Account Manager directly.
**The Pay Online button will take you to a 3rd party site for processing.  Please note: PayLease does charge service fees based on the type and amount of payment.  J&M Management does not receive or decide on the service fee which is paid by the PayLease user.  If you have any questions regarding any of the fees or technical difficulties you may have with use of the PayLease website, please contact them directly**
